💅 Late Appointment Policy: To keep our schedule running smoothly and respect all clients’ time, please review the following: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened (designs, add-ons, or nail art may need to be removed). Arrivals 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling. Clients arriving 20+ minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.
