BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

•$20 non-refundable deposit is required. •ALL DEPOSITS MUST BE SENT TO ($CherishDooley) CASHAPP WITHIN 48 hours after booking slot! •Once deposit is sent then your slot is confirmed through the website. •Deposit will only be refunded if there is a problem on the stylist end. (Late or cancelled appointment)

Late Policy

-There is a 10 minute grace period. After grace period a $10 late fee is applied. After 20 minutes appointment is cancelled! -After hours appointments will charge a $50 fee!

Cancellation Policy

-I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling. -If you reschedule your appointment your deposit will go towards the new appointment. -if you cancel deposit is non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

No call no shows will be banned from booking and charged %50 of service booked.

Lace

service includes shampoo, blowdry & braid down. All wigs must be dropped off atleast 2 days before for customization. (bleaching and plucking) Custom color must be dropped of 4-5 days before!
