BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is transferable for appointments rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice, and will be directly applied toward the balance of your service on the day of your appointment.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled out of respect for the next guest, and standard cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit to compensate for the lost time block.

No-Show Policy

Missing your appointment completely without any notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and the remaining 50% balance of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
