Deposit Policy

a nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. deposits go toward your remaining balance. appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Late Policy

clients have a 10 minute grace period. after 10 minutes your appointment may be canceled or shortened depending on timing. please communicate if you are running late.

Cancellation Policy

if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. this helps keep scheduling fair for all clients.

No-Show Policy

no-shows will result in a lost deposit and may require full payment before booking future appointments.
