Deposit Policy

*** FaceTime Consultation Policy 📱 A FaceTime consultation is required the day before your appointment. Failure to complete your consultation may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. This consultation allows us to confirm your desired style and ensure all details are finalized before your appointment. ********************************************* There is a 20$ deposit credited towards your service. You may send your deposit to: Cashapp: $TyGodiva Remaining balance DUE IN CASH at the end of your service. ( ex. Ponytail Service is 80$, therefore Ponytail Deposit 20$ Payment Due @ Service: 60$)

Late Policy

Please come WASHED & BLOWDRIED ❤️ Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After the grace period, a late fee of 15$ will apply.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. 🌹

No-Show Policy

No shows will be cancelled & your deposit will be forfeited.
