Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your final balance.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment depending on scheduling availability. Please communicate if you are running behind so we can best accommodate you.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit.
No-Show Policy
No-shows without communication will require a new deposit before booking future appointments.
