BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

Your apt requires a 20$ non re-fundable deposit to hold your spot failed to do so your apt is not confirmed

Late Policy

You have a 10 minute grace period after 10 minutes you are charged a 20$ late fee after 15 minutes your apt is cancelled

Cancellation Policy

Please notify me 24-48 hours before apt if you have to cancel if you fail to do so you will be banned

No-Show Policy

No call no show = banned
