BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. For all services, a 33%deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. This helps ensure commitment and scheduling stability for all clients. Thank you for your understanding!

Late Policy

Punctuality is crucial to ensure every client receives the best experience. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled, and a fee of half of the full amount will be charged. This allows me to stay on schedule for all clients. Please plan accordingly, and I appreciate your understanding!

Cancellation Policy

To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Deposit will not be refunded.

No-Show Policy

No-shows will also be charged the full appointment amount. This ensures I can maintain availability for all clients. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding!
