BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

All appointments at Skin by Trin require a $15 non-refundable deposit and a card on file at the time of booking. The deposit will go toward your service total on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited if you cancel late, no-show, or fail to follow the cancellation policy.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate other scheduled clients, and the full service fee will still apply. If you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

Skin by Trin requires a 24-hour notice for any cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to your appointment. If notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance, or if you cancel the day of your appointment, 100% of the scheduled service and any add-ons will be charged to the card on file. Your deposit will also be forfeited.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. The fee for a no-show is 100% of the scheduled service and any add-ons, which will be charged to the card on file. Your deposit will be forfeited.
