BOOKING POLICIES

Late Policy

Clients late more than 15 minutes for scheduled appointment will result in cancellation of appointment and charged 50% of service. After three instances of cancellations due to tardiness, clients will be not be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel 24 hours before their appointment or they will be charged 50% of the service

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for appointment will be charged 100% of the service and will be not be rescheduled after two no shows.
