Deposit Policy

Hello! Unfortunately due to the volume of no shows, as a small business we have incorporated a deposit policy. A deposit of 25% is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your service total. Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred. Changes made within 24 hours, cancellations, or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. By booking, you agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to you! Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can accommodate all clients and therapists, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Therapist has the right at any time during a session to deny service or cancel a session due to inappropriate behavior. Client will not receive any partial or full refund regardless of time used. Thank you for respecting the energy, preparation, and intention placed into every appointment. We can’t wait to care for you. ✨

With our Deep Tissue Add-On, those 10 minutes are returned to you as extra hands-on treatment time, ensuring you receive the focused, therapeutic work your body truly needs.
