Deposit Policy
💚 Deposit Policy Morgan’s Claw Club Deposit Policy To respect my time and other clients’ appointments, a $10 deposit will be required after a missed appointment (no-show). • Clients who no-show an appointment will be required to pay a $10 deposit before booking any future appointments. • The $10 deposit will go toward the cost of your next service. • Deposits are non-refundable if another appointment is missed or canceled last minute. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time! ✨
Late Policy
To keep appointments running smoothly for everyone: • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled. • If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show. • If you are running late, please text or message as soon as possible so I can try to accommodate you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Morgan’s Claw Club • Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • After 2 no-shows, future appointments may require a deposit. • Emergencies happen—please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to work with you.
No-Show Policy
💅 Morgan’s Claw Club – No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you! Please respect the time set aside for your service. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up to their appointment without contacting me will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Future Appointments: After a no-show, future appointments will require a deposit to book. • Grace Period: There is a 10–15 minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show. • Emergency Situations: Life happens! If you contact me as soon as possible, I may waive the fee at my discretion.
