Late Policy

Cancellations: no later than 24hr notice required for a full or partial refund of any non-deposited services; late cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Policies for guarantees and refunds** Makeup is non-returnable and non-refundable once services have commenced. If makeup is not performed to agreed standards due to product fault (e.g., allergy), a remedy may be offered at my discretion.
