Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. Deposits may be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened, depending on availability. Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy
