BOOKING POLICIES
Deposit Policy
A $15 deposit is required to secure your appointment! This payment will be applied to your total cost. The remaining balance can be paid with cash or card.
Late Policy
Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to the remaining balance. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. Clients who cancel within the required notice period may reschedule their appointment one time using their original deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
No-Show Policy
No call/no show appointments will result in the immediate forfeiture of the deposit and a charge for the remaining appointment balance. Please communicate as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
