BOOKING POLICIES
Deposit Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid delaying other clients. If your appointment is canceled due to lateness.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their $30 non-refundable deposit. 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file and if payment is not successful, client will not be able to book future appointments until balance is paid.
