BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a color appointment. Alongside this, you should provide your FULL hair history (any chemical services &/or other services that may affect the end result) in the notes section before submitting booking request. This deposit goes toward your total service price and is the only fixed fee before consultation. ***Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received and price is subject to change depending on hair length, density, & or complexity of service**

Late Policy

There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a late fee may be applied. After 15 minutes, appointment may be canceled or shortened with no refund of deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Client must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.

No-Show Policy

Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments, if there is no previous communication between service provider and client. No shows without cancellation or communication will be charged 25% of service price!

Bundles & Wigs

Apply one solid color to a 613 wig (or any 2-3 for $45)

A uniform color for pre-processed or virgin hair. ($15 per bundle + 5$ for bundles over 3 limit) When booking, book for a time & Day that you are available to DROP OFF your Wig/Bundles🫶🏽

Lifts the natural color before applying dye. ($60-$100 for wig/ $20 per bundle) When booking, book for a time & Day that you are available to DROP OFF your Wig/Bundles🫶🏽

Gradual transition from one color to another, typically darker roots fading into lighter ends. ($50-$80 per wig/ $25 per bundle) When booking, book for a time & Day that you are available to DROP OFF your Wig/Bundles🫶🏽

Requires precise application and blending for a more customized look. ($80-$150 for wig/ $30 per bundle) When booking, book for a time & Day that you are available to DROP OFF your Wig/Bundles🫶🏽

Natural Hair

Colorful art Design on low cut hair (Price varies by complexity) [Provide your FULL hair history (any chemical services &/or other services that may affect the end result) in the notes section before submitting booking request.]

Includes covering up to 2 inches of regrowth with a single color. [Provide your FULL hair history (any chemical services &/or other services that may affect the end result) in the notes section before submitting booking request.]

Applying one color across the entire head, suitable for those wanting a uniform color. [Provide your FULL hair history (any chemical services &/or other services that may affect the end result) in the notes section before submitting booking request.]

Lightening the hair and then applying a new color. [Provide your FULL hair history (any chemical services &/or other services that may affect the end result) and desired color in the notes section before submitting booking request.]

Mulitple vibrant colors (e.g., blue, pink). May require bleaching first, depending on the natural hair color. [Provide your FULL hair history (any chemical services &/or other services that may affect the end result) in the notes section before submitting booking request.]
