BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Late Policy

As a mobile service provider, timely appointments are important to maintain scheduling and travel commitments. Please be prepared for your appointment at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late or unavailable upon arrival, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-Show Policy

No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
