To secure your appointment, a $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. • The $15 deposit goes toward your total service cost. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • Failure to send your deposit may result in your appointment being canceled or given to another client. Late Policy

Please be mindful of your appointment time to keep the schedule running smoothly. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes late, there will be a $30 late fee added to your service. • If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Cancellation Policy
