Deposit Policy

All appointments are subject to a $30 non-refundable deposit before booking is FULLY SECURED. No deposit no appointment.

Late Policy

To ensure every client receives excellent service and timing, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late a late fee of $15 will be added to your total, after 20 minutes your appointment may be rescheduled or subject to an additional late fee depending on availability. Late arrivals shorten your service time and affect other clients, so we appreciate your understanding and punctuality! 💗 If you know you’ll be running late, please let me know as soon as possible so I can try to accommodate you. Thank you for respecting my time — and I can’t wait to serve you! ✨

Cancellation Policy

At Bouhetto Beauty, your appointment is your moment of indulgence — and your time is just as valuable as mine. Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, as last-minute changes limit the opportunity to serve other clients. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and will result in a fee or loss of deposit.
