BOOKING POLICIES
Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward your total service and ensures your dedicated time and experience are reserved. All appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received. If you need to reschedule outside of the 24-hour window, your same deposit may be applied to a future appointment as long as it is scheduled within the same month. Any cancellations outside of policy or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Late Policy
There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $10 late fee will be applied. After 15–20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. I understand that life happens, and with proper communication, accommodations may be considered when possible.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. If proper notice is not given, 50% of the service total will be charged. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will also result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment before booking again.
