BOOKING POLICIES
Deposit Policy
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits will be applied toward your final balance.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service. Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are transferable one time when 24+ hours’ notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay 100% of future appointments before booking again. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services.
