BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

A $10 deposit is required and will go towards your total service price. Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where I am responsible for missed appointments.

Late Policy

10 dollar late fee after a 5-minute grace period. If the delay is caused by me, I will discount your total price. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled

Cancellation Policy

I am very understanding i know life happens please cancel within 24 hours or you will be charged a cancelation fee of 20% of service price contact me for questions concerns or comments if the fee cannot be charged you will be denied any future appointments until it has been paid. If you book a discounted nail combo deal and the service cannot be completed based on client complications you may receive a partial refund of the remaining balance of the full price service ex: nail and toe combo you are unable to complete the pedicure you will be charged the full price of your nail set and any remaining balance will be refunded

No-Show Policy

A client who fails to show up without prior communication will be charged 50% of the service price. If the fee cannot be charged all future appointments will be denied until paid
