Late Arrival Policy 🎀 Your appointment time is reserved just for you, so please arrive on time. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid delaying the next client. • Arriving 15+ minutes late will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. • If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy
